This house is our crush at ‘Maisons du Sud Ouest’, a very peaceful place to live all the year round.
On the Golf of Seignosse, very nice contemporary villa with south exposure, view on the forest, a little sight on the mountains of the Pyrenees and on the ocean. You will enjoy this quiet environment for  recharging your energy with nature, golf of Seignosse, beautiful beaches of the Landes coast.

Level 2 :
Large panoramic living rom (80 m2) with view on the forest, exclusive little sight on the ocean and the Pyrenees, central fireplace, opened equipped kitchen with bar for 10 persons.

Large panoramic terrace with barbecue (+ plancha); secured access to the swimming pool, wooden sundeck.

Level 3 :
Master Bedroom suite with double bed (160 x 200), shower room (shower), japaneese toilets, dressing. Wooden private terrace.

This villa is equipped with bose sound system (living room, SPA, Master Bedroom suite), directed by Apple TV (Airplay, iPhone or iPad)

House Cleaning service 3 times a week (mandatory service) is included in the price.
