Less than 10 minutes from the beaches by car, beautiful contemporary wooden villa of 150m2 with an open garden of 200m2.
The house offers a capacity of 8 people for 4 bedrooms.
On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful bright living room with kitchen and its living room open to the terrace and the south facing garden.
Thanks to the manual blinds located above the table outside, you can have lunch in the shade.

In the extension of the house, a bedroom (1) en suite with its bed in 160 and its bathroom ( shower, bath and separate toilet ).
At the back of the living room, a separate toilet.

You will find the other 3 bedrooms on the floor:
– Bedroom (2) with a bed 140
– Bedroom (3) with a bed 140
– Bedroom (4) with a bed of 160 ( 2 beds of 80 that can be joined or separated )

You can park up to 3 vehicles, two of them under a carport.
3 electrical outlets are at your disposal.

The final cleaning is included in your stay and on arrival, the accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and linens installed (towels, sheets, tea towels).
