In a quiet area above the docks of Biarritz, bright contemporary villa of 200m2
with heated pool.
A few minutes from the beaches and the center of Biarritz, the house ORION has a good location
to discover the Basque Coast.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms for a capacity of 8 people.
For a better comfort, it is ideal for 5 or 6 adults with or without children.

The villa consists of:
– a large living room very bright cathedral with its windows opening onto the 2 terraces
– of an American kitchen
– of a lingerie
– a terrace on the east side, arranged for meals (table, plancha)
– a south-facing sun terrace around the heated pool, summer lounge, sunbathing
The pool has a salt system and a protective alarm.
Bedroom side:
– Suite (1) parental side south terrace with double bed 160, dressing room, bathroom (shower and WC)
– bedroom (2) east side: double bed 140
– bedroom (3) East side: 140 double bed in mezzanine
These two rooms share a bathroom (shower)
Independent toilets
– bedroom (4) East side: double bed 140 with bathroom (shower).

It is possible to rent an optional studio in another part of the house. It consists of a
living room with its small kitchen, bathroom (shower, wc) and a double bed in mezzanine. This is not
not occupied in case the house is rented.

The final cleaning is included in your stay and on arrival, the accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and linens installed (towels, sheets, tea towels).
