Overlooking hole 14, this Basque-Landes villa, re-visited in 2023, blends perfectly into its surroundings.

Set in 1700 m2 of wooded grounds, the villa offers 210 m2 of living space on 2 levels, not overlooked.

Once you’ve passed through the property’s gates, you’ll be won over by the absolute calm and the splendid view of the golf course.

Inside the house, you’ll be seduced by the charm of its minimalist decor and intimate atmosphere.

The entrance to the house joins the main living area via a corridor, and the 73 m2 living area opens onto the lounge with fireplace, the dining room and the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with central island.
The living room is equipped with a very large smart TV with internet reception, an integrated BOSE bluetooth sound system and high-speed WIFI.

– The sleeping area comprises 5 large air-conditioned bedrooms (with individual thermostats), each with its own private shower room:

-Ground floor:
– Bedroom 1, west-facing, with 180 x 200 bed, closet, and private bathroom (sink, bath)
– Bedroom 2, west-facing, with bed 160 x 200, closet, and private bathroom (washbasin, Italian shower, wc)
– Bedroom 3, west-facing, with bed 160 x 200 and desk, closet, and private bathroom (sink, shower, wc), tilt-and-turn window
– Bedroom 4, east-facing, with bed 160 x 200, closet, and its private shower room (double washbasin, shower)

-First floor:
– Bedroom 5, known as the dormitory, facing east, with 2 beds 90 x 190 and 1 bed 140 x 190, made up of 2 beds 70 x 190, and its private shower room (washbasin, Italian shower, wc).

The villa also has an equipped laundry room.

Outside, the grounds offer a lovely garden with trees, a large terrace from which you can see the golf course, a 9×3.5 m heated swimming pool with safety shutter, and an outdoor shower.
You can also enjoy meals outside on the 15 m2 covered terrace with barbecue.

On the parking side, the property can accommodate 2 vehicles, and is secured by an electric gate.

Due to high demand, 2-week stays are preferred during July and August.
