Villa near the beach «100 steps» – Bidart

Vous accèderez à la villa par le rez-de-chaussée qui dispose d’un espace salon et d’une grande salle à manger avec cuisine américaine entièrement équipée.

Located about 10 minutes walk from the beach «Les 100 Marches», the villa MENDI of an area of 160m2 is an ideal place for your holidays between beaches, golf and shops.

You will access the villa from the ground floor which has a living room area and a large dining room with fully equipped kitchen. All the rooms bathe in soft light in summer and winter thanks to its multiple bay windows and its south-west exposure. The decoration in soft and natural tones creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. Ceiling fans increase the feeling of freshness during the summer period.

The terrace surrounding a part of the villa facing south-west and the unheated pool (7X3 with shutter) invite to spend convivial moments.
A brazier is at your disposal, perfect for your meals outdoors.

The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, all located on the first floor.
The large master bedroom, offers access to a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Pyrenees. It has a bed in 180, air conditioning, dressing room and an adjoining bathroom with separate toilet.

Bedroom 2, attic with a bed in 160.
Room 3, child’s room with a 90 cabin bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom 4, with bed in 160 and dressing room and air conditioning.
These three bedrooms share a bathroom with separate toilet.
You will also find a guest toilet on the ground floor.

An independent studio of about 20m2, fully equipped, which can accommodate one person is part of the service in July and August.

You can park up to 3 cars within the owner, the garage is available for storing bikes, surfboards and golf clubs.

The final cleaning is included in your stay and on arrival, the accommodation will be fully prepared by our cleaning team and linens installed (towels, pool towels, sheets, tea towels). For a stay of one week a cleaning of 3h is included.
